To achieve good results training and racing with sled dogs you must give them top fuel!
For the last 15 years we have raced and bred sled dogs at a professional level with top results in both Europe and North America. During this period we have tried out many of the major brands of dog food and have never experienced anything that comes close to Momentum from Dr Tim’s in terms of superior quality based on the best possible ingredients.
For dog athletes competing at this high level of performance whether it is sled dogs, hunting dogs, field trial dogs there are no short cuts when it comes to feeding. We trust this brand to fuel our dogs year round, from the weaned puppy to the retired adult. They all thrive on Momentum and Pursuit from Dr Tim’s.
Depending on the season, we blend the dry food with about 25% of a meat mix consisting of chicken, beef and liver. During training and racing season we also supplement this mixture with pure wheat germ oil from Skillingarydsalvan AB, Sweden.
